What to settle before ordering shirts for a reunion, fundraiser, or community day, and how to ask without an account.

Decide the purpose
Shirts for volunteers, shirts to sell, and shirts for every guest call for different quantities. Decide which one you are planning first.
Quantities and sizes
If you are collecting sizes from people, set a cutoff date. If you are selling shirts, estimate conservatively and tell us it is an estimate.
- Rough quantity and size mix
- Event name and date
- Artwork or a description of what you have in mind
- Whether you plan pickup in Merced or shipping
Working backward from the date
Share your event date as the requested deadline. We confirm whether it can be met after reviewing your details, and the proof approval step is part of that timeline.
