What is your turnaround time?

For most custom apparel orders, expect 5–7 business days from artwork approval to ready. Simple one-color orders on stock blanks often come in faster. We'll always confirm your timeline when we review your order - and we don't start production until you've approved the proof.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

No minimums - ever. Whether you need 1 shirt or 100 shirts, we treat your order with the same level of care and attention. Small orders are welcome and encouraged.

What file formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

For the best results, submit a high-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum) with a transparent background. We also accept vector files: AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF. Avoid JPEG files - the white background will show up in the print. Not sure if your file is ready? Submit it and we'll let you know.

Do you offer local pickup in Merced?

Yes - and it's always free. We offer gym pickup at 1920 Canal St, Merced, CA 95340 for customers within about 10 miles. Covered ZIP codes: 95340, 95341, 95343, 95344, 95348 (Merced) and 95301 (Atwater). At Shopify checkout, select "Gym Pickup - Merced, CA" as your delivery method. Once your order is ready, we'll reach out directly to coordinate the handoff. No commercial storefront, no hassle.

How does the proof and approval process work?

Accepted Answer

After you submit your artwork and select your product, we review everything before production. If something needs fixing - resolution, color, placement - you'll get a note on your dashboard explaining exactly what to update. We never start making your order until you've approved it.

Can I bring my own garments?

Accepted Answer

At this time, we prefer to supply the blanks so we can guarantee the quality of the finished product. If you have a specific brand, color, or style in mind, just let us know - we can usually source it.

Do you offer bulk or team order discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Team and bulk orders receive: 10% off for 25+ items, 15% off for 50+ items, and 20% off for 100+ items. For school events, sports teams, or large business runs, reach out directly and we'll put together a custom quote.

When do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You don't pay at upload. We review your artwork first. Once it's approved, we send a payment link directly to your dashboard and email. No payment is collected until you've confirmed the order looks right.
